1. All artworks on the Painternet.com site are copyrighted works
of their respective creators. Reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
2. All the prices are quoted for unframed paintings. However
we could do the framing at an extra cost which would be quoted separately.
3. All the sales are against 100% payment in advance.
4. Painting will be shipped in a rolled or flat format
in protected cylinders, or in flat portfolios, for the painting that are shipped
with glass frames, we cannot provide any guarantee for the glass, the utmost care
is taken while packing. However they can be dispatched under insured cover if buyer
so desires and cost to be borne by the buyer.
5. The dispatch will be done within 8 days of confirmed
receipt of the full value of the shipment. Orders where payment is by DD/Cheque
will be shipped within 15 days after clearance of the same. Otherwise through the
credit cards 10% of amount can be paid as advance for booking of artworks, and remaining
amount can be paid by wire transfer. Please note that packing folding and VAT charges
extra..
6. Prices of Art works may change without notice, depending
upon the artists. Prevailing currency exchange rates.
7. We renewal the artworks within 90 days.
8. Disputes if any would be subject to Mumbai
jurisdiction only.
